Cassandra’s

 international exposure began as a News Anchor at CNN. There, she was the first female anchor of CNN Newsroom, leading the show to be nominated for 9 daytime Emmy nominations. She also anchored CNN Newsnight, CNN Newshour, CNN Newsday, CNN Airport Channel, CNN Sports Radio and CNN.Com. She was also a special correspondent for CNN Showbiz and CNN Newstand Entertainment Weekly.

As an Anchor, she won: The Headliner Award – Women in Communications, The President’s Award and CTPAA Crystal Award Gold Award – Texas Cable Association, ACT Award, National Education Association Award.

As a Legal Analyst, 

Cassandra tracks and dissects high profile trials and crimes for audiences around the globe. She is known for her in-depth sports crime profiles. She combines her legal expertise with her sports experience and knowledge from her years as Host & Correspondent at ESPN. 

There - Cassandra 

was the first female host of ESPN: Tuesday Night Fights, where she interviewed the biggest names in news and sports. 

She made history and received international attention as the first female analyst in boxing on television.  Cassandra has analyzed and hosted numerous championship shows for ESPN, Fox Sports, MSG, and pay per view networks.

Cassandra 

is also a programming power. She's produced and hosted numerous "Electronic Field Trips," including: "V-E Day: A 50 th Anniversary Retrospective," in Europe; "Time Machine to Gettysburg," in Gettysburg, PA; "Cable in the Classroom," in Boston, MA; and "Trust in Government Town Hall Meeting," in Lansing, MI.  

She also hosted award winning specials such as: TNT's "Never forget with Leonard Nimoy;" "Berlin: Yesterday, Today, Tomorrow;" "On a Curve Ball with Phil Neikro;"   "PBS/C-Span's "Women's History Special;" The California Channel's "Education Summit;" and Harcourt Publishers Video Series…as well as many others.

In addition to her television career, Cassandra has the distinction of being appointed special political consultant and strategist under two Presidential administrations where she won special awards for work on various projects including the Pan Am Flight 103 trial.

Cassandra 

is the author of “The Express Business Lane: A roadmap to starting and running a successful small business.” She guides readers on combining their dreams and talents to find, create and manage their business purpose.

As an entrepreneur and venture capitalist, Cassandra is an investor and supporter of multiple women and minority owned companies.
